At Indiana University, over 400 marketers create content across seven campuses. To streamline efforts and maximize impact, I collaborated with key creators to establish a unified content creation process—eliminating redundancy, optimizing resources, and ensuring every piece served a clear business purpose. As an output of this work, I created this graphic with a designer to align teams around the process.
