During an reorganization of Indiana University’s central marketing office, where the ultimate goal was to collaborate more with IU’s other 400+ marketers, I pitched, developed, and co-chaired a two-day digital conference focused on Storytelling at IU. We ended up with 300+ attendees, 13 sessions to choose from, and marketing innovate Jonah Sachs as our keynote. The conference required its own content strategy and accounted for speaker content planning, website planning, etc. I authored all of the content.
Co-Chair: D. Frazier

This was the conference logo, which was created after multiple rounds of concepting with two different designers. There is also an IU-red version of the logo.

This is the top of the registration landing page we created for the summit. I wrote the copy.

I created a presentation template to share with our speakers to help reduce their workload.

A slide from the presentation template I created and shared with presenters.

I developed an "Audience Insights" sheets and shared with our presenters. It gave a breakdown of their audience so that they could tailor their presentations to the real needs of IU's marketers and communicators.

I created a slideshow to play before the first conference keynote. At the time we were kicking off a brand awareness campaign and planning to promote one of two core differentiators: health and business leadership in the state of Indiana. Because the ultimate goal of this conference was to align IU's 400+ marketers and communicators, and because I was IU's Brand Consultant, I thought this would be the perfect time to share some of the proof points behind our differentiators.

There were over 25 slides in the proofpoint slideshow.
